- To rebuild map cache, delete {Documents}/My Games/testdir/cachedata

- A manual is included.

- Click on province to bring up panel. Clicking twice  brings army panel, then right click on another province to send army. Clicking thrice brings navy panel(if there is a fleet), right click sea to send fleet. Fleet on mission cannot change target, only be recalled to homeport.

- If program says missing DLL, then you need Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019, which you can download from Microsoft's website.

- Changed image loading lib.
